How It All Began

From Café to Home Dining

Before 113 Wagner Café was born, Baguio City knew Techie Maravillas Pantaleon through her beloved café, Everything Nice — a warm gathering spot inside SM Baguio. When the pandemic forced Everything Nice to close, many feared that chapter was over.

But Techie had other plans. Encouraged by her seven children, she decided to do something extraordinary: open the family home at 113 Wagner Road for guests. What had always been a private sanctuary full of warmth and good food would now be shared with the world — one reservation at a time.

The transformation was a true collaboration. Techie brought in Chef Rudolph Cabuay, her former professor at the International School for Culinary Arts, to develop the menus. Francis "Kiko" Villalba — an interior landscape artist — designed the lush garden spaces that surround the dining areas, creating an atmosphere unlike any restaurant in Baguio.

Pre-2020

Everything Nice Opens

Techie Pantaleon establishes Everything Nice, a beloved café in SM Baguio that quickly becomes a favourite in the community.

2020

The Pandemic Closes Everything Nice

Like many beloved establishments, Everything Nice is forced to close during the pandemic. But the spirit of hospitality refuses to die.

2020–2021

A Bold New Idea

Encouraged by her children, Techie makes the courageous decision to transform her family home on Wagner Road into an intimate dining space open to the public.

2021

113 Wagner Café is Born

With Chef Rudolph Cabuay crafting the menus and garden stylist Kiko Villalba transforming the grounds, 113 Wagner Café opens by reservation.

2022–2023

Word Spreads

Media features in Tatler Asia and national press, plus a growing Instagram following of over 12,000, cement the café's reputation as a must-visit in Baguio.

To ensure personalised service, reservations must be made at least three days in advance through Facebook or Instagram. A 50% deposit secures your booking.

Special Occasions

Planning a proposal, anniversary, or celebration? The team can arrange floral setups, custom cakes, live musicians, and bespoke menus for your milestone moment.

Intimate Group Sizes

Set menus are available for 2 or 4 guests, ensuring every table receives the personal attention that defines the 113 Wagner experience.

Dine inside the beautifully appointed home or take your seat in the open garden — both settings offer the warmth and beauty that define this place.

Flexible Payment

Payments accepted via cash and bank transfer. A 50% downpayment is required to confirm your reservation, with the balance settled on the day of your visit.
